Elaine’s passion for her work stems from changing focus from senior manager to consultant mid career herself and her understanding of some of the work/life dilemmas and challenges involved in managing careers.
She is a committed, intuitive and empathetic career professional with over 25 years industry experience of utilising her talents in coaching, counselling, facilitating and training to enable and support individuals and groups through their personal development, management learning and significant career transitions.
Elaine’s Professional Qualifications include:
- MSc in Organisational Behaviour
- Postgraduate Diploma in Career Counselling and Consultancy
- Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching
- Membership of Career Development Institute
- Membership of EMCC, ILM & CIPD (Chartered Institute of Professional Development),
- Accredited to use the Neo, MBTI,Hogan, Firo B, Belbin and Team Management Profile instruments and a range of career development tools including Strong Interest Inventory.
